We welcome your participation in our upcoming free Change Practice Community. Here’s how it works:

We will:

>Schedule one hour monthly conference calls (Beginning in April, 2010)

>Topic: Change Challenge Problem Solving Forum

>Facilitated by: Althea Goodison-Orr, or one of the MCC Consortium

>Serve as the “clearing house” for the challenges we receive, and select the one we will discuss that month.

>Format challenges anonymously as pre-reads for the call

>Share case studies of challenges we’ve encountered (only when we don’t receive challenges from you)

>Provide one hour of free consulting for those who sign up

You will:

>Send in current change implementation challenges you would like to discuss. Include questions for the group,

   methods you have tried, solutions you have accomplished, help that you would like to get from the group.

>Spread the word!  We would like to have as much participation as possible.
